Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in energy, environmental science, policy, engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • U.S. visa sponsorship is not available for this position (H-1B or TN visas).
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing as required by ProSidian.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (DOE Q or equivalent) or be cleared to work on sensitive DOE documents.
Responsibilities
  • Identifies and addresses regulatory implications in stakeholder feedback to support policy compliance.
  • Reviews public input to provide insights and recommendations on regulatory issues and policy priorities.
  • Provides Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting and Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis and Convening as well as Energy Market Economic and Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services for the Department of Energy Office of Policy.
  • Aligns with Public Comment Review Support Functional Area initiatives and ensures alignment with project objectives.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes stakeholder feedback to support policy development and decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
  • Expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains.
  • Strong communication abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Experience working with government policy and regulatory analysis in energy sectors (renewables, fossil fuels, nuclear, hydrogen, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, sustainable infrastructure technologies).
