Requirements
  • 10+ years in SaaS business or partner operations, including direct hands-on experience building and scaling partner ecosystem models.
  • A track record of operating model design resulting in measurable revenue growth, improved partner satisfaction, or productivity gains.
  • Depth with ServiceNow productivity tools, reporting, business intelligence dashboards, and systems of record.
  • Deep expertise in partner business models including co-sell, licensing, revenue share, and joint solutions, including the systems, contracts, and people dynamics involved.
  • Experience starting from first principles to design partner operations frameworks in ambiguous environments where none exist.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and move decisions forward across partners, product, finance, and legal teams.
  • Ability to decompose complex, cross-functional partner challenges into discrete processes and design solutions for multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate operational complexity into clear executive narratives that drive decisions.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow sales, finance, legal, and product systems and reporting tools.
  • Comfort defining metrics, creating and interpreting dashboards, and using data to prioritize and communicate business insights and impact.
  • Ability to influence without authority by building alignment rather than controlling budgets.
Responsibilities
  • Define the end-to-end partner operations model covering co-sell, licensing, joint solution stock-keeping units, revenue share, billing, and support partnering motions.
  • Establish the rhythm of the business, including quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, forecast cadence, and data requirements.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve core processes across Partner Go-to-Market, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, New Product Introduction, Legal, and Customer Success.
  • Identify automation opportunities that eliminate manual work while maintaining compliance and controls.
  • Leverage ServiceNow systems and processes to design and implement operational solutions for the business.
  • Define success metrics and analytics by business model, including co-sell, licensed, and revenue-share models.
  • Build or co-create dashboards and reporting processes that surface bottlenecks, insights, opportunities, and return on investment.
  • Act as the operational hub between Strategic Technology Partnerships, Product, Sales, Sales Operations, New Product Introduction, Finance, and Legal.
  • Operationalize new offerings and partner solutions through pricing guardrails, quote-to-cash design, and program requirements.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for key partners on reporting, incentives, program standards, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with regional and route-to-market leaders to balance global consistency with local flexibility.
  • Define and maintain the compliance and control framework for partner motions, including revenue recognition, data sharing, and contract alignment.
  • Ensure audit readiness and documentation.
  • Monitor execution quality and partner and customer experience.
  • Drive corrective action plans with partners and internal stakeholders when issues arise.

  • A track record of working successfully with multiple partner business models in parallel.

ServiceNow signs Aramco Digital deal to deploy AI platform across 50+ countries

ServiceNow has signed a collaboration agreement with Aramco Digital to advance AI-powered enterprise transformation across the Aramco ecosystem. Aramco Digital will use the ServiceNow AI Platform to standardise and govern digital workflows across its affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint ventures spanning more than 50 countries. The collaboration could strengthen ServiceNow's competitive position against Salesforce and Microsoft as enterprises increasingly seek unified platforms for AI governance and workflow automation. ServiceNow's AI annual contract value crossed $1 billion in the second quarter of 2026, whilst net new AI annual contract value increased more than 40% sequentially. Deals containing five or more ServiceNow AI products grew 5.5 times year over year. The company's subscription revenues rose 24.5% year over year to $3.88 billion.

Jim Cramer advises selling half of ServiceNow stock after recovery from $81 to $126

Jim Cramer advised investors to sell half their ServiceNow holdings and let the remainder run during the 25 August Mad Money Lightning Round. The enterprise software company hit $239.62 in January 2025 before dropping to roughly $81 in mid-April 2026. It has since recovered to $125.80. Cramer's recommendation follows ServiceNow's strong Q2 2026 results reported on 22 July. Subscription revenues grew 24.5% year-over-year to $3.877 billion, whilst the company's AI platform crossed $1 billion in annual contract value. Agentic deployments increased ninefold in nine months. Following the earnings, Bank of America raised its price target to $150 from $130, maintaining a Buy rating and citing ServiceNow's positioning in enterprise agentic AI.

Salesforce vs ServiceNow: Both hit $1B in AI revenue with opposing valuations at 23x and 75x P/E

Salesforce and ServiceNow both surpassed $1 billion in AI revenue but are taking different paths. Salesforce reported $11.13 billion in revenue, up 13%, with $6.7 billion in operating cash flow and a $25 billion share buyback. Its Agentforce and Data 360 products generated $3.4 billion in AI and data annual recurring revenue. ServiceNow grew faster, with subscription revenue of $3.877 billion, up 24.5%. The company secured 123 deals worth over $1 million and saw agentic deployments increase ninefold in nine months. However, operating income fell 54.75% due to acquisition costs. The companies' strategies differ: Salesforce focuses on agentic CRM, whilst ServiceNow positions itself as an AI control platform. This is reflected in their valuations, with Salesforce trading at 23 times trailing P/E versus ServiceNow's 75 times.
