- A valid Ohio driver's license is required, and the candidate must be insurable.
- Lawn care and landscaping experience is required.
- Mow lawns using hand, power, or riding lawnmowers.
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Hand weed gardens and spread mulch.
- Trim shrubs and low-hanging branches.
- Water plants and grass as needed.
- Clean outside patio furniture as directed.
- Assist with setup and teardown of tents and similar equipment for outdoor activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems.
- Small-engine maintenance and repair experience.
- Experience in a maintenance department.
- Prior experience in a health care facility.
