Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Native English-speaking fluency is required.
A solid foundation in object-oriented programming is required; Java is preferred.
Openness to learning and using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT in the development workflow under the guidance of senior engineers.
A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn best practices for validating AI-generated code and understanding when to seek human guidance on technical decisions.
Exposure to web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks such as Angular.
Willingness to learn cloud technologies, microservices, and continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native full-stack applications.
Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Work with Angular to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Learn and apply best practices for cloud development using AWS or Azure.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate in Agile development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Salary Range: 40000 to 50000 (Currency: PHP) (Pay period: per-month-salary)
