Requirements
  • A passion for data and an eye for detail with numbers
  • Experience with technical or analytical product subject matter (examples include but not limited to: fintech product, analytics dashboards, internal data or technical products)
  • Ability to utilize user insights, data or analysis to inform decisions
  • Self-motivated and driven to solve problems
  • Demonstrated success developing product vision, strategy and roadmap for a product line
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done no matter the task, willingness to commit to a fast-paced startup working culture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, which can be tailored individually for a wide variety of audiences, both internal and external
Responsibilities
  • Bring data pipelines and products to life, leading initiatives from discovery to launch to understanding outcomes
  • Own the strategic plan and roadmap for analytics delivered to our merchants
  • Understand analytics needs and user pain points to craft product vision and solutions to address them
  • Determine key initiatives to guide the analytics product forward, break those plans into manageable, measurable, achievable release plans
  • Work closely with cross functional teams such as engineering, design, success and marketing to understand and shape deliverables around data needs
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities, take on ever-increasing responsibilities. Communicate your plans and product vision to the company. Work closely with the SVP of Product & Sr Product Manager to build a world-class analytics offering
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a software product management role, preferably a B2B software company. Experience as a developer or analyst is a plus
