Growth Manager - App Sales, Same Store Growth Scaled Program

• Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
• Identify and pursue app and web opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
• Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with the GCS sales organization as well as cross-functional teams such as GTM, AdMob, Play and gTech.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support clients in different markets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive- level stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales while building pipeline and pitching Google Ads solutions.
• Developed understanding of the app marketers and App ecosystem.
• Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
• Fast learner with high self motivation and team spirit.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
