  • Experience in software development, preferably in the game industry
  • Proven experience of leading a team of Technical Account Managers, Technical Project Managers, or Technical Producers
  • Strong organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
