Responsibilities
  • Concepting and creating original content for social media, email, web, paid ads and more in the digital space
  • Talent to inspire clients and team members with great design craft and visual storytelling
  • Partner with copywriters to bring ideas and solutions
  • Lead on-site social productions locally and travel for shoots on location
  • Develop creative strategies and ideas that are culturally relevant
  • Develop original visual concepts
  • Receive and apply feedback from reviews both internal and with clients
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
  • Own projects through revisions and versions
  • Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge
  • Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day
