  • The candidate must frequently stand and walk, regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet, operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required, and work in tight or confined spaces when required.
Responsibilities
  • Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Embrace and promote E2 Optics Core Values to support the workplace culture.
  • Use internal computer systems, including ticketing platforms and cloud-based business management tools, to manage daily tasks.
  • Maintain a consistent presence at the workstation during business hours to monitor and manage the ticketing platform, ensuring timely processing of requests and efficient workflow.
  • Create and update E2 purchase orders in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Create and update E2 projects in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Process credit card requests, validate transactions, accurately record expenses, and ensure proper documentation and timely submission for reimbursement.
  • Process Amazon purchase requests, communicate order tracking details, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Arrange flights, transportation, and lodging for E2 employees in accordance with company policies and employee needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose, develop, and support implementation of more accurate and efficient processes and practices.
  • Perform special projects as assigned in support of departmental or organizational goals.
  • Proactively address issues and situations, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Issue and coordinate Certificate of Insurance requests for E2 Operations as needed.
  • Travel as needed to support operational requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s degree in business administration or post-secondary education in business or operations support is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating day-to-day operational tasks, vendor communications, or project support activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, scheduling, or travel coordination is a plus.
