Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and decision support capabilities for intelligence and mission systems.
  • Lead data science initiatives involving data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning to extract insights from large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Architect and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning pipelines, MLOps workflows, and automated analytics solutions for intelligence exploitation.
  • Develop Multi-INT data fusion capabilities, geospatial analytics, and intelligence processing automation.
  • Lead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into mission applications and operational systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data science and artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering teams.
  • Interface with systems engineers, software developers, and government stakeholders on artificial intelligence and machine learning architecture and implementation.
  • Design and develop machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques for intelligence analysis and automation.

US defence contractor CACI International reported revenues of $2.71 billion for Q2, up 17.6% year on year and exceeding analyst expectations by 0.7%. The company also beat EBITDA estimates and its full-year EPS guidance surpassed analyst expectations. The stock has risen 17.2% since the earnings report and currently trades at $607.03. Defence contractors as a group had a strong quarter, with the 14 tracked companies beating revenue consensus estimates by 4% on average. However, the sector has seen share prices decline 4.4% on average since reporting. Geopolitical tensions, including Russia's invasion of Ukraine and China's aggression towards Taiwan, continue to highlight the importance of defence spending, though demand can fluctuate with defence budgets and political administrations.
