About the company

Aven operates a web-based platform likely aimed at tech clients, with the core product consisting of online services accessed through a browser. The available hints point to a JavaScript-driven interface and the use of Cloudflare’s security features, suggesting the platform prioritizes protecting traffic and user data from malicious activity. How the product actually works cannot be confirmed from public information, but the presence of JavaScript and a security-focused setup implies the service runs in the browser and relies on cloud-based infrastructure to manage requests, authenticate users, and defend against threats. Aven’s differentiation appears to come from its emphasis on security and data protection within a web-based solution, rather than a broad suite of generic features. The stated goal seems to be delivering a secure, online platform for clients that require reliable protection of their web traffic and data while offering web-based functionality.

Aven closes oversubscribed $304M HELOC-backed securities deal with AAA-rated senior notes

Aven Financial closed its first asset-backed securities offering, a $304.2 million deal that was oversubscribed. The AVNHT 2026-HE1 Trust is backed by 6,786 fixed-rate, fixed-term receivables from the Aven Home Equity Card, the company's home equity line of credit (HELOC) card. The senior Class A-1A and A-1B notes, about $234.5 million in total, received AAA ratings from S&P Global Ratings and AAA (sf) from Morningstar DBRS. "We're pleased to have completed an oversubscribed offering, with investors new to Aven," said chief executive officer Sadi Khan. "This response shows the market sees value in what we're building." Barclays was lead manager and bookrunner, with Goldman Sachs as co-lead manager. Funds affiliated with Davidson Kempner Capital Management bought the Class G and XS notes.

Aven's new Home Purchase Line cuts home buying to seven days, with up to $2M credit

Aven, a financial technology company, has launched a Home Purchase Line that can cut the time from application to closing to as little as seven days. Qualified buyers can borrow up to $2 million. A conventional mortgage took an average of 42 days to close, according to June 2025 data from ICE Mortgage Technology. Aven recently completed a purchase in Tucson, Arizona, in 67 hours. The product is a line of credit secured by the home being bought. Buyers need not already own a home, and applicants can get preapproved in minutes. It combines a 30-year repayment term with an open-end line of credit. Borrowers pay fixed monthly amounts at a fixed interest rate and can reuse available credit after closing. "Homebuying has many steps, and technology can make those steps faster, simpler and more efficient," said chief executive officer Sadi Khan.

Aven's HELOC assets secure $304.1 million in ABS. Published October 15, 2026, 7:24 p.m. EDT Aven Financial is preparing to sponsor a securitization of revenues from a pool of home equity line of credit (HELOC) credit card accounts and secured by first- and subordinate-lien mortgages on a range of residential property types. The transaction, AVNHT 2026-HE1 Trust, will sell the fixed-rate notes through a series of class A through G tranches. Notes make monthly payments on about the 25th, and have a stated final payment date of July 2056, according to analysts at S&P Global Ratings. Also, the notes will repay investors sequentially, creating credit enhancement through subordination. The deal also boosts credit to the notes through excess spread, according to the rating agency. Stablecoin rails drive crypto card volume to new heights as Fold and Aven launch products.

Stablecoin rails drive crypto card volume to new heights as Fold and Aven launch products. Tldr. Table of Contents * Payment volume on crypto-linked cards surged to an all-time high of $12.5 billion in 2026, representing a 140% increase since the beginning of January. * This total represents a 247% increase compared to transaction levels recorded in October 2025, based on paymentscan.xyz analytics. * The expansion is primarily fueled by stablecoin payment infrastructure and more affordable international money transfers. * Jupiter Spend experienced a 55% quarter-over-quarter rise in activated cards, partially attributed to QR-code payment adoption. * Fold Holdings and Aven have launched new bitcoin-connected cards featuring distinct reward structures and credit facilities. Digital asset card transactions have climbed to unprecedented levels in 2026. Total payment volume processed through crypto-enabled cards reached $12.5 billion, based on analytics from paymentscan.xyz. This represents a 140% surge from early January figures. The volume also stands 247% above the transactions recorded during October 2025. These statistics were initially highlighted by The Kobeissi Letter, a market-focused financial publication. The outlet characterized this development as evidence of a fundamental transformation in digital asset utility. "Crypto cards are the next phase of crypto adoption," The Kobeissi Letter said. Key catalysts behind the surge. The expansion stems from two primary drivers. First, stablecoins are increasingly being deployed as the underlying infrastructure for routine consumer transactions. Second, there's accelerating demand for international payment solutions that offer lower costs and faster settlement than legacy financial systems. Stablecoins enable value transfer across borders without the typical processing delays or bank-imposed charges. QR-code payment technology is also expanding its footprint. An increasing number of retail locations now support scan-based payment methods connected to digital asset wallets. These trends are reflected in user metrics. Jupiter Spend, among the leading on-chain card service providers, recorded a 55% increase in activated cards compared to the previous quarter. Fresh card offerings hit the market. The spike in transaction volume coincides with several new crypto card launches. Fold Holdings initiated distribution of its Fold Bitcoin Credit Card earlier in 2026. Initial distribution targeted users who joined a waiting list. Broader availability is planned through a phased rollout in the upcoming weeks and months. The card operates on the Visa payment network and utilizes Stripe Issuing as its backend infrastructure. It's accepted at 175 million merchant locations globally. Users receive a baseline cashback rate of 1.5% paid in bitcoin. This rate can increase to 4% through engagement incentives and merchant partnership programs. Settling the monthly statement using bitcoin provides an additional 0.5% bonus on top of standard rewards. Aven has pursued an alternative strategy with its offering. The firm introduced the Aven Bitcoin Visa Card during the Bitcoin Conference 2026 held in Las Vegas. This card enables users to obtain credit lines secured by their bitcoin holdings rather than liquidating their assets. Credit facilities extend up to $1 million. Interest rates for the card begin at 7.99% APR. Borrowers can select repayment schedules extending up to 10 years. BitGo, a digital asset custody provider, secures the loan collateral. Coastal Community Bank serves as the card's official issuing institution. These two offerings illustrate contrasting models for crypto card functionality. One provides bitcoin-denominated rewards for purchases, while the other converts bitcoin assets into liquidity without forced sales. Both organizations are anticipating sustained demand for cryptocurrency-integrated payment solutions as stablecoin adoption penetrates additional geographic markets. Aven and Forest River introduce industry's first co-branded HELOC.

Aven and Forest River introduce industry's first co-branded HELOC. Sep 28, 2026, 08:05 ET Forest River Financial Services expands RV dealer support with new Aven-powered financial products ELKHART, Ind., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Aven and Forest River, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company and North America's largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles, introduced the industry's first co-branded home equity line of credit, along with two additional co-branded financial products for Forest River customers. The Forest River Homeline Card combines a HELOC with a credit card. It gives qualified homeowners a new way to finance larger RV purchases while earning rewards at Forest River dealerships and on everyday purchases. The partnership is Aven's first co-branded financial relationship and expands the company's ability to reach consumers through established brands and their existing customer relationships. Aven plans to expand this model to other consumer brands and distribution networks. More than 80% of RV owners are homeowners, according to the RV Industry Association, meaning many RV customers may also have home equity available to finance a purchase. Some RV buyers already use home equity to finance their purchases, but it has not been a common source of RV financing. Traditional HELOCs can take weeks to originate and fund, and that timing can make a HELOC difficult to use when an RV buyer needs financing at the dealership. Aven can provide a pre-qualification offer in as little as three minutes and enable qualified customers to access a HELOC in as little as three days. Customers can then use their line through an Aven credit card. For qualified homeowners, using home equity to finance an RV may reduce the cash needed at purchase and allow repayment over a longer period, potentially lowering monthly payments. Aven provides the technology and financial infrastructure for the Forest River products as part of Forest River Financial Services, a new Forest River subsidiary designed to give its dealer network additional tools and support. The products are available through participating Forest River RV and marine dealerships in the United States. The three Forest River products powered by Aven are: Forest River Homeline Card * Home equity financing and rewards for qualified homeowners making larger RV purchases * Lines of credit of up to $400,000 * 3% cash back at Forest River dealerships on up to $50,000 in annual purchases * Unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases * No annual fee and no prepayment fee Forest River Journey Rewards Card * Rewards and financing for RV owners, including smaller RV purchases, service and accessory purchases * 3% cash back at Forest River dealerships on up to $10,000 in annual purchases * Unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases * No annual fee Forest River Trailhead Deposit Card * Everyday banking, debit spending and rewards for RV owners and other customers, with no homeownership requirement * Debit card linked to a high-yield rewards checking account * 2% cash back at Forest River dealerships on up to $5,000 in annual purchases * Unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases * No monthly account fee The combination gives Forest River dealers multiple financial products they can offer at different points in the customer relationship, from financing a major RV purchase to rewards and everyday banking. "The technology is what makes this model possible," said Aven co-founder and CEO Sadi Khan. "We automate the work behind financial services, from income verification to HELOC origination and funding. This lets us combine faster access to home equity with the convenience of a credit card. With Forest River, we are putting that technology behind multiple financial products through one platform." The Forest River Homeline Card, Forest River Journey Rewards Card and Forest River Trailhead Deposit Card are being introduced at Forest River Expo today in Elkhart, Indiana. Forest River dealers can learn about the programs and begin enrollment this week at the event. "Many Forest River customers are homeowners making a significant purchase, so home equity financing is a natural fit," said Aven head of strategic partnerships Alexandra Atlas. "Pairing home equity financing with dealer rewards helps Forest River strengthen brand loyalty while giving dealers more ways to support customers at the initial purchase and throughout ownership. We see this as a model we can expand to other consumer brands and distribution networks." "We wanted to give our dealers another way to help qualified customers finance an RV and drive more service, parts and accessory sales," said Forest River president and CEO Doug Gaeddert. "Putting home equity financing, rewards and banking under the Forest River brand gives dealers new tools to grow their business and stay connected with customers throughout their time with a Forest River RV." About Aven Aven is building financial products for homeowners that lower borrowing costs and make banking more efficient and convenient. The company has built the first machine-banking platform, using robotics and software to automate financial services and offer lower-cost products at scale. Its flagship Home Equity Visa Card combines a home equity line of credit with the convenience of a credit card and can be fully approved in minutes. Aven also offers high-yield checking accounts, home improvement loans, rewards credit cards, digital asset-backed credit cards and other financial products. Founded in 2019, Aven has helped consumers save more than $300 million in interest costs as of March 2026. Aven is a financial technology company, not a bank.
