Requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships with site managers and influence operational and financial decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Three or more years of finance experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • At least five years of finance experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20% in Canada or internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management and explain the impact of operational decisions on financial results.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, engineering, and procurement teams to promote synergy, develop a deep understanding of business processes, and provide strong mutual support.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and annual budgets.
  • Oversee the month-end close process and respond promptly to financial requests.
  • Prepare and review operational performance indicators.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant designation.
