Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Rapt posted new 2026 hiring, including Designer and Director of Project Management roles.
  • Fast Company and Interior Design coverage of Duolingo and Dropbox strengthens inbound demand.
  • New York operations and Brooklyn presence expand access to East Coast enterprise clients.

What critics are saying

  • Rapt still depends on office clients while hybrid work pressures workplace budgets in 2026.
  • Open roles for designers and project captains signal execution strain, not easy scaling.
  • If Dropbox-sized client demand fades, Rapt’s brand-first office niche loses its core engine.

What makes Rapt Studio unique

  • Rapt Studio builds branded workplaces, not generic offices, across Dropbox and Duolingo.
  • Their San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Brooklyn studios support coast-to-coast client coverage.
  • Rapt’s story-driven interiors fuse architecture, branding, and workplace strategy for premium employers.
