About the Role
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for continually evolving and improving our core product experience and the supporting ecosystem. You will balance the needs of our members, our business, and our internal partners executing against the product roadmap that you help define. You will focus on optimizing our entire experience, relying on business and member insights as well as experimentation and analysis to guide your decisions. You will look for ways to improve our internal tools to improve workflows and efficiencies, with a lens towards always having a positive impact on our member experience. You are curious, empathetic, and able to evaluate problems from multiple angles and points of view.
Responsibilities
- Own a set of key customer facing products
- Utilize data to inform decision-making processes, design experiments, and identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
- Collaborate with UX design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve conversion rates and overall site performance
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and execution, to deliver high-quality features on schedule
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members on problem-solving techniques and innovative approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on product priorities, scope, and timelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in an eCommerce environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce features that drive business metrics and enhance customer experiences
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to make informed decisions and measure feature performance
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of successful stakeholder management
