Responsibilities
Proactively grow the AVEO portfolio across Alberta by identifying new broker partnerships and maintaining a consistent, professional market presence.
Review and verify complex credit documentation to adjudicate mortgage applications within delegated authority and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.
Partner with brokers to structure files and provide guidance on policy interpretation for alternative deals.
Provide technical training to the broker network to improve application accuracy and efficiency and regional look-to-book ratios.
Oversee mortgage commitment issuance and review supporting documentation to ensure files meet AML/ATF compliance and internal risk standards.
Represent the AVEO channel at industry events and regional meetings, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to position lending solutions.
Desired Qualifications
Possession of a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license is an asset.
This is a performance-driven role (100% commission) with unlimited earning potential.
