Requirements
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales, presales and professional services enablement, onboarding, or learning and development roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing multi-generational onboarding programs across public sector, enterprise, commercial, and business development segments.
  • Understanding of digital adoption platforms and how they can drive onboarding and sales performance in the flow of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts into actionable, easy-to-understand content.
  • Ability to design, develop and implement onboarding programs and support ever-boarding programs.
  • Demonstrated capability to excel as both a player and coach.
  • Data-driven with a passion for measuring the success of onboarding programs and making informed decisions based on results.
  • Ability to travel internationally, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the global go-to-market (GTM) onboarding function, focusing on developing best in class onboarding and ongoing training programs to upskill selling teams across multiple regions.
  • Utilize your expertise in early career onboarding and enablement to enhance the ramp-up time and productivity of new hires and existing GTM team members.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, GTM Operations, and GTM leadership to align onboarding initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring that the programs you design are highly relevant and impactful.
  • Identify and address skill gaps in the GTM organization using your proven ability to deliver effective onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Manage the development of comprehensive onboarding resources and tools, drawing on your experience in creating impactful content, training guides, and digital assets to support global teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions, leveraging your hands-on experience as an onboarding leader, trainer, and manager to guide the adoption of best practices in selling WalkMe’s solutions.
  • Measure the success of onboarding programs through KPIs and metrics, continuously improving results and sales performance.
  • Serve as a champion for WalkMe’s digital adoption platform within the sales organization, utilizing your expertise in digital adoption technologies to enhance onboarding efficiency and effectiveness in the flow of work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing virtual and hybrid training programs that effectively scale across global teams, providing consistent, impactful training regardless of geographic location.
  • Leadership experience in an onboarding/enablement industry association, where you’ve contributed thought leadership and established best practices for sales enablement professionals.
  • Experience leading a sales organization or team, with demonstrated success in managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and aligning sales strategies with broader business objectives.
