Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in ADAS development, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADAS technologies, preferred experiences include camera viewing systems, parking features, sensor packaging, sensor perception and fusion, and object detection/tracking.
  • Experience with calibration, integration, or validation of features and software for ADAS applications.
  • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and tools for development, simulation, and testing (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer, JIRA, and Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify system issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and legislative regulations (e.g. ISO 26262, SAE J3016, FMVSS) and experience in conducting safety analyses (FMEA, FMEDA) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, present technical information, and influence decision-making processes.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test and calibrate advanced driver assistance systems for Scout’s electric vehicles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to define system requirements and integrate ADAS features into Scout’s EV platform.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to evaluate and refine ADAS algorithms and architectures.
  • Participate in system-level testing, validation, and verification of ADAS features, including real-world testing and data analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ADAS technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
