- A demonstrated an ability to influence & drive cross-functional initiatives with the results and learnings to prove it
- You have a bias towards action: You recognize the bigger picture but do not let that stop you from making progress, identifying quick wins and being scrappy
- ~6 years of experience in leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects; successful track record in high growth, dynamic environment
- Product management, management consulting, marketing, or investment banking experience are a plus
- Familiarity with financial services, consumer business, technology in private and/or public companies
- Develop and execute on a strategy for how we can utilize the financial data (e.g. transactions, credit report, engagement patterns) to derive insights that help our members understand their finances increasing our members engagement & retention to ultimately drive Life Time Value (LTV) & monetization
- Partner closely with product, lifecycle, content, fincial advisors, legal & compliance to craft a strategy & roadmap to help guide our members to what they must, could and should do to improve their fianncial situation. Outline key dependencies, constraints, assumptions, risks and ultimately see through execution, measurement and ongoing iteration
- Develop and provide ongoing business performance reporting to share key insights and opportunities to drive the business in support of SoFi's mission
