The Netsuite Business Analyst will support the daily administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system. Working under the guidance of the CTO, this role will provide user support, assist with ERP configuration, create reports and saved searches, troubleshoot issues, support training initiatives, and participate in ERP enhancement projects. Primary Responsibilities
· Provide first-line support for NetSuite users across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
· Assist with creating and maintaining saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
· Maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and employee records.
· Assist with CSV imports and data validation.
· Support troubleshooting of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, Item Fulfillments, Inventory, and Vendor Bills.

Minimum Qualifications
· 3+ years of NetSuite experience or equivalent ERP support experience.
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
· Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
· Experience using Microsoft Excel.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
