  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management
  • Primary experience using and/or implementing Hubspot or Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData and/or ChiliPiper and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc)
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omni)
  • Background in HTML/CSS
Responsibilities
  • Evolve our marketing automation practices, including driving key disciplines within our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution
  • Ensure all programs Marketing Ops are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and handoffs
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance marketing operations processes
  • Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our external facing platforms
