Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing.
  • Engage in community and professional events to enhance visibility, build relationships, and attract new client business.
  • Host clients, centers of influence, and prospects at bank events to strengthen client relationships and promote new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients' financial needs and inquiries.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and coordinate with appropriate internal partners to provide customized financial advice and solutions.
  • Manage high-net-worth consumer and business clients, ensuring alignment with their financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and provide tailored solutions across banking, borrowing, and investment products.
  • Schedule and conduct portfolio reviews for business and consumer clients, documenting updates and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve defined percentage growth in deposits, loans, and investments.
  • Exceed assigned sales and referral targets.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements in all sales activities.
  • Ensure broker-dealer compliance, attestations, and annual compliance certifications are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure required bank compliance training and expense reports are completed in a timely manner.
