Requirements
  • A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology.
  • Completion of a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure is required.
  • Experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments.
  • Strong clinical, assessment, report-writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in working with culturally diverse populations.
  • Commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
Responsibilities
  • Administer, score, and interpret cognitive screening, neuropsychological, and psychological assessments for referred patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop clinically appropriate diagnostic impressions.
  • Prepare clear, thorough, and timely psychological and neuropsychological assessment reports.
  • Document assessments and clinical services accurately and in accordance with professional standards and BNBA procedures.
  • Work with a diverse adolescent and adult patient population presenting with autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, mood disorders, substance use disorders, head injury and concussion, dementia and cognitive disorders, and other psychological, developmental, neurological, and behavioral health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other behavioral health professionals.
