- U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy applicable federal background investigation, suitability, or security requirements.
- Assist with the maintenance of PTAs, PIAs, SORNs, and related privacy documentation.
- Capture and organize information concerning systems, business processes, data collection, data sharing, user access, retention, and security safeguards.
- Research system documentation, policies, authorities, and existing privacy materials.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, formatting, grammar, and internal quality standards.
- Track assessments, action items, stakeholder responses, revisions, approvals, and deadlines.
- Identify missing or conflicting information and elevate questions to senior analysts.
- Assist with status reports, metrics, inventories, and other program documentation.
- Protect sensitive information and follow applicable privacy and information-handling requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, information technology, public policy, legal studies, business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- At least one year of experience, education, and/or training in privacy or information governance, cybersecurity compliance, RMF or authorization support, governance, risk, and compliance, system analysis, records or information management, or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework or NIST SP 800-53 controls.
