Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
The starting salary range for this role is $26-$29. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.

The program keeps costs down by streamlining protocols, reducing monitoring visits, and using a mix of oral and injectable medications, with embryology and lab support from its parent network. How it differs: Open Fertility emphasizes transparent pricing (about 40–50% cheaper than the national average) and a streamlined, patient-centered approach built on the experienced Spring Fertility network. Its goal is to make fertility treatment more accessible and affordable while maintaining high-quality care across its clinics.
