- Technical training at BEP, professional baccalaureate, or BTS level, preferably in industrial maintenance or construction/agricultural equipment maintenance.
- Professional mechanical experience and experience with construction and public works equipment.
- Ability to work rigorously, provide customer service, and work as part of a team.
- Plan the activity of the workshop and equipment-yard team and manage intervention priorities.
- Train the workshop team when necessary or recommend training.
- Conduct a weekly equipment-yard inspection with the yard and branch managers.
- Prepare quotes and supplier purchase orders and optimize purchasing to meet the annual budget.
- Check the conformity of purchased parts and services upon receipt.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Keep workshop activity-tracking documents up to date, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
- Prepare progress reports comparing work status with established objectives.
- Manage the stock of parts and consumables.
- Maintain rental equipment, including servicing and repairs, and ensure regulatory inspections are properly performed.
- Diagnose breakdowns and, when necessary, perform troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Check interventions and repairs carried out by subcontractors.
