- An Associate’s degree is required.
- Two years of related administrative experience are required.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, a web browser, and social media, is required.
- The candidate should communicate and collaborate proficiently and maintain a customer/client focus.
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
- Greet visitors and direct them within the company.
- Take and retrieve messages for personnel.
- Provide callers with company information, including its address, directions, fax numbers, and website.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail, and maintain and route publications.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
