Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience demonstrated by the ability to plan, organize, direct, and control activities of an organization, department, or service within or across a hospital or similar entity.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and other allied health professionals.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience in business- or healthcare-related services.
Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Oncology Quality and Accreditations and the Medical Director of the assigned disease site to coordinate program activities in order to achieve and maintain high clinical outcomes and a superior patient experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement activities relating to quality improvement and data management, outreach and marketing, clinical practice standards, and utilization of support services.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate system-wide program components, as applicable, for each clinical entity within the scope of the assigned oncology program.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
  • Previous work experience in oncology.
  • Physician practice, ambulatory care, surgery, or oncology management experience.
