Requirements
  • 4-6 years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or integration products
  • Direct experience with production agentic systems—you've shipped products where LLMs invoke tools, not just generate text
  • Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) and emerging standards (MCP, function calling patterns)
  • Track record building platform products where engineering teams are your customers
  • Experience with integration architecture—APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, rate limiting, error handling at scale
  • History of defining product direction in fast-moving technical domains where you're often months ahead of established best practices
Responsibilities
  • Own the Agentic Tools Platform: Define, build, and evolve the tool ecosystem that powers ZoomInfo's multi-agent orchestration system. You'll own the registry of capabilities agents can invoke, the standards for how tools are built, and the governance for how they're deployed. Balance the tension between enabling rapid tool development and maintaining the reliability that production agents demand.
  • Architect Integration Strategy: ZoomInfo's agents don't operate in isolation—they connect to CRMs, marketing automation platforms, communication tools, and data providers. Own the integration roadmap that expands agent capabilities through MCP servers, API connections, and partner ecosystems. Determine which integrations unlock disproportionate value, negotiate technical partnerships, and define the abstraction layers that make integrations composable rather than brittle.
  • Drive Agentic Execution Excellence: Tools are only valuable if agents use them effectively. Partner with ML engineers on tool selection optimization, prompt engineering for reliable tool invocation, and error handling patterns that make agents resilient. Own the feedback loops that surface tool failures, identify capability gaps, and translate production signals into platform improvements.
  • Enable Internal Tool Development: Multiple product teams need to extend agent capabilities for their specific domains. Build the developer experience—documentation, templates, testing frameworks, deployment pipelines—that lets teams ship new tools without deep platform expertise. Measure success through tool development velocity: how quickly can a new capability go from idea to production agent invocation.
  • Navigate the Agentic Frontier: The standards are still being written. MCP evolves. New orchestration patterns emerge from research. Tool-use benchmarks reveal new optimization opportunities. You'll continuously evaluate innovations—function calling improvements, multi-tool planning, tool composition patterns—determining which advances warrant immediate adoption versus patient observation. Bring external best practices to ZoomInfo while contributing learnings back to the community.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Translate between worlds: ML engineers optimizing agent reasoning, platform engineers building scalable execution infrastructure, and product teams shipping customer-facing automation. Establish prioritization frameworks that balance "keep the lights on" reliability work against strategic capability expansion. Influence without authority through data, clear reasoning, and earned technical credibility.
Desired Qualifications
  • Python proficiency lets you prototype, validate assumptions, and speak credibly with engineers
  • Applied AI Practitioner: You understand why agents fail—context window limits, hallucinated tool calls, poor error recovery—and you've built systems that work anyway. You can discuss prompt engineering trade-offs, evaluate tool description effectiveness, and debug agent execution traces
  • Context Engineering Intuition: Tools are only as good as the context agents have when invoking them. You understand how to design tool interfaces that give agents what they need to succeed—clear descriptions, appropriate parameters, useful error messages. You think about context budgets, information density, and the cognitive load you're placing on the orchestrating model
  • Integration Systems Thinker: You've built products that connect systems. You understand the unglamorous realities: authentication flows, rate limits, webhook reliability, schema evolution, partial failures. You know that "integrate with Salesforce" is a six-month roadmap item, not a two-week task. You design abstractions that hide complexity without sacrificing capability
  • Platform Product Mindset: Your customers are other engineers and product teams. You measure success through their velocity—how quickly they can ship new agent capabilities using your platform. You understand platform economics: each team adopting your tools increases their value through shared learnings, amortized maintenance, and network effects. You resist one-off solutions that don't generalize
  • Intellectual Velocity: You read agent papers, follow framework releases, and prototype new patterns before they're mainstream. You maintain strong opinions weakly held—your architectural assumptions update as evidence accumulates. The agentic landscape moves too fast for static expertise; continuous learning is non-negotiable.
  • Strategic Communication: You translate between technical depth and business impact fluently. You can explain to executives why adopting a new tool standard takes three months but prevents six months of technical debt. You can communicate to engineers why business constraints require shipping "works reliably" before "works optimally." You influence through clarity, not authority.

ZoomInfo integrates Claude with GTM.AI Context Graph.

ZoomInfo integrates Claude with GTM.AI Context Graph. 6h ago · 0:00 listen · Source: Let's Data Science Summary. ZoomInfo has made its GTM.AI headless context layer generally available. What's interesting is a new native connector now links ZoomInfo data directly into Anthropic's Claude and Claude Code. ZoomInfo states its GTM Context Graph holds identity-resolved records for over 100 million companies, 500 million contacts, and billions of buying signals. This data is exposed through an API and the Model Context Protocol. The integration works in two ways: Claude can read ZoomInfo data, and Claude.ai signals can flow back into ZoomInfo to enhance GTM Studio Audiences. This means assistants like Claude can now provide responses based on a robust enterprise data backbone, rather than relying on user-provided information. This is an AI-generated audio summary. ZoomInfo vs Apollo vs Lead411: which B2B data provider wins in 2026?

ZoomInfo vs Apollo vs Lead411: which B2B data provider wins in 2026? Quick summary. ZoomInfo is built for enterprise scale, Apollo is built for affordability, and Lead411 is built for accuracy and speed. The right choice depends on how your team operates. If you need massive data coverage and have a large budget, ZoomInfo is a strong fit. If you need a low-cost, all-in-one tool, Apollo works well. If you care about data accuracy, intent signals, and generating pipeline quickly, Lead411 stands out. The best B2B data platform is not the one with the most data - it's the one that helps you convert data into pipeline the fastest. Table of contents. Quick comparison. | Feature | ZoomInfo | Apollo | Lead411 | | Best For | Enterprise teams | Startups | Mid-market / scaling teams | | Data Accuracy | Moderate | Inconsistent | High (verified) | | Intent Data | Yes | Limited | Strong | | Ease of Use | Complex | Easy | Easy | | Typical Pricing | $15k-$40k+/yr | $50-$150/user/mo | Mid-market pricing | How to choose the right platform. ZoomInfo is best for enterprise teams that need scale and have budget. Apollo is best for smaller teams that need affordability. Lead411 is best for teams that prioritize accuracy, intent data, and fast execution. Accuracy matters more than volume in outbound sales. The first vendor to reach a high-intent buyer usually wins the deal. ZoomInfo review. ZoomInfo is the dominant enterprise player in B2B data. It offers massive datasets, advanced filtering, and deep integrations with CRMs and sales engagement tools. Its biggest advantage is scale. Teams can access millions of contacts and companies, making it ideal for large outbound operations. However, this scale comes at a cost - both financially and operationally. ZoomInfo typically costs between $15,000 and $40,000+ per year, which can be prohibitive for mid-market teams. It also requires onboarding and training, making it slower to adopt. Data accuracy is another tradeoff. While coverage is broad, accuracy can vary, especially in fast-changing industries. ZoomInfo is best for enterprise teams that need scale and can manage complexity. It is less effective for teams that need speed and precision. Apollo review. Apollo is an affordable, all-in-one platform combining prospecting and outreach. Its biggest advantage is price. Plans often start under $100 per user per month, making it accessible for startups. Apollo also includes built-in sequencing, which simplifies outbound workflows. However, its biggest limitation is data quality. Because Apollo aggregates data from multiple sources, accuracy can be inconsistent. This can lead to bounce rates, missed connections, and wasted effort. It also lacks strong intent data, which limits prioritization. Apollo is best for early-stage teams that need affordability. It is less effective for teams that rely on precision and deliverability. Lead411 review. Lead411 is built for teams that want to move quickly from data to pipeline. Its biggest strength is verified data. Emails and direct dials are validated, improving connection rates. It also integrates intent data, allowing teams to identify companies actively researching solutions. Companies showing intent are significantly more likely to convert. Lead411 is also easier to use than enterprise platforms, allowing teams to execute faster. Lead411 is best for mid-market teams, SaaS companies, and agencies that prioritize ROI. It is not designed for massive enterprise datasets - but that's not its goal. It is designed to help teams close deals faster. Head-to-Head comparisons. ZoomInfo vs Lead411. ZoomInfo wins on scale, but Lead411 wins on efficiency. ZoomInfo provides more data, but requires more time to filter and use. Lead411 provides less volume but higher accuracy and faster execution. If you are an enterprise team | ZoomInfo Apollo vs Lead411. Apollo is cheaper, but Lead411 is more accurate. Apollo is ideal for budget teams, but its data inconsistencies can reduce performance. Lead411 focuses on verified data and intent signals. If cost is your priority | Apollo If results are your priority | Lead411 Best tool based on your situation. * Best for enterprise: ZoomInfo * Best for startups: Apollo * Best for ROI and outbound performance: Lead411 * Best for intent-driven prospecting: Lead411 * Best for large-scale data: ZoomInfo What most teams get wrong. Most teams choose based on brand or price. The real difference is execution speed. The teams that win are the ones that act on data first. Final verdict. There is no single best platform - only the best fit. ZoomInfo | scale Apollo | affordability Lead411 | accuracy + speed If your goal is pipeline, not just data, Lead411 is often the best choice.
