Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and up to 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in working with incarcerated and returning citizens, especially those impacted by wrongful conviction.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities and projects, with strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site program support and coordination for the Making an Exoneree course, formally titled GOVX 4000 (Prison Reform Project), at Georgetown College of Arts and Sciences and across partner schools.
  • Conduct case review.
  • Coordinate program activities.
  • Support course implementation and work with faculty, graduate students, staff, and students at partner organizations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with prisons and/or programs for returning citizens.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Airtable, and Box.
