Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 3 years of professional, hands-on experience working directly with large language model-driven platforms and artificial intelligence-integrated design applications, such as generative image models and large language model-based layout tools.
  • The candidate must demonstrate fluency in structuring, iterating, and version-controlling prompts within production artificial intelligence environments.
  • The candidate must have a robust portfolio of large-scale brand work demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, motion design, and visual storytelling.
  • The candidate must be able to translate creative strategy into technical workflows for automating high-quality design.
  • The candidate must be comfortable operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with fluctuating production demands and adapting to shifting campaign priorities.
  • The candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and complex, multi-stakeholder feedback loops.
  • The candidate must have experience working as an embedded contributor, executing within defined systems and escalating creative decisions to senior leads appropriately.
  • The candidate must have experience building design systems, template libraries, and component-based creative architectures that scale.
  • The candidate must have a demonstrated history of partnering across Content, Strategy, and Accounts to ensure design drives business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Innovation and Creative teams to build and refine workflows that translate approved human-first designs into scalable, multi-format asset systems.
  • Maintain high-quality creative output while overseeing the automated generation, versioning, and adaptation of assets for global campaigns.
  • Execute artificial intelligence-assisted production workflows in accordance with client branding and compliance requirements, with mandatory human review and approval at all production stages before submission.
  • Integrate large language models and design application programming interfaces, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Firefly, into the daily creative lifecycle.
  • Maintain and execute artificial intelligence-assisted compliance checks against client brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Build and version modular asset systems that support scaled campaign production across formats and channels.
  • Maintain and update artificial intelligence production guardrail libraries and brand standards documentation as brands and campaigns evolve.
  • Document prompt structures, workflow decisions, and asset versioning for team knowledge and quality assurance purposes.
  • Conduct quality assessment of artificial-intelligence-generated output across client industries including business-to-business technology, healthcare, and financial services.
  • Ensure assets meet brand standards and strategic intent before escalating them to senior Creative leads for final approval.
  • Partner with senior Creative leads and account teams to ensure artificial intelligence outputs align with client-specific marketing objectives.
  • Champion the use of artificial intelligence tools across the wider creative team, fostering experimentation and raising the agency's artificial intelligence fluency.
