- Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-up timelines simultaneously.
- Comfort using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other research tools as needed.
- Recruit new experts into the network through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and targeted search strategies aligned to specific project needs.
- Engage and consult with professionals, clearly presenting the value of participation while building strong, credible relationships.
- Use understanding of client needs across industries to identify, vet, and qualify the most relevant experts for each project.
- Uphold compliance standards across all engagements to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity.
- Leverage professional networks and research techniques to identify and engage experts, while reviewing project needs and using the internal database to surface best-fit candidates.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, aligning expert selection with client needs.
- Guide conversations about participation, including scope, expectations, and compensation, to ensure successful expert engagements.
- Use urgency, persistence, and creativity to engage the right experts through proactive calling, thoughtful follow-up, and persuasive communication to drive participation in client calls.
- Additional language skills are highly valued.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, customer outreach, business development, market research, or another high-volume communication environment is preferred.
