Requirements
  • A strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
  • Willingness to drive, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state or states of practice.
Responsibilities
  • Provide care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans and as directed by nursing management.
  • Coordinate appropriate care with other licensed care staff.
  • Follow company nursing policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with patients one-on-one and independently on a day-to-day basis.

  • Interest in pursuing higher-level opportunities such as certifications and further education.
