Requirements
- 8-10 Years of experience in Life and Annuity domain as an end to end (entire IT Value Chain) Business Analyst
- 8-10 Years of experience in Policy Admin System (Like Vantage, WMA, Ingenium, FAST, ALIP etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills interacting with customers in IT and business while gathering requirements, Joint Application Development sessions, and UAT support
- Experience working on integration applications with Policy Administration Systems and understanding their relational data schema and translating into business/system requirements
- Experience creating user journeys of business processes using BPM tools such as Visio, and Pega
Responsibilities
