Aditude hits $5M in annual revenue without sales team through SaaS pivot and referrals

Jared Siegal, founder and CEO of Aditude, appeared on the DesignRush Podcast to discuss how his company reached $5 million in annual subscription revenue without a sales team. Siegal explained that Aditude achieved this milestone in 18 months after launching its SaaS product, with only four employees including himself and three engineers. The ad-tech company transitioned from a one-person consulting business to a software platform serving publishers. Growth came through customer results and referrals rather than traditional sales operations. Siegal discussed the challenges of converting existing clients to the SaaS model and leveraging advertising platforms to attract new publishers. Aditude later raised a $15 million Series A in 2023 and has since grown to over 50 employees.
