Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate international logistics operations by managing comprehensive documentation workflows for outbound shipments, cross-border transfers, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to customs requirements and delivery timelines
  • Direct procurement activities by strategically evaluating customer and affiliate demand, negotiating with suppliers, and issuing purchase orders that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with sales teams through proactive communication regarding inventory status, order fulfillment progress, and potential supply chain constraints that may impact customer commitments
  • Execute performance monitoring protocols to track shipment accuracy, on-time delivery metrics, and service level agreements, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, leading root cause analysis for operational challenges, and driving cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain effectiveness
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and demand planning integrity by maintaining 100% alignment between customer forecasts and actual orders, recognizing the critical impact on financial performance, working capital management, and supplier production planning
  • Responsible for managing and avoiding aged account receivable
  • Work closely with contact manufacturer to achieve capacity requirements and address issues and concerns relating to suppliers’ performance as soon as possible
  • Makes important decisions for the procurement of raw materials and management of inventories to ensure continuous delivery of finished products to customers and avoidance of aged inventory
