- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- A valid Ohio Security License is required.
- A valid Ohio Driver’s License is required.
- At least one year of security experience is required.
- Applicants must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
- The role requires occasional crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Acknowledge and greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage guest and visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from the premises when necessary.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Patrol the interior and exterior perimeter to identify potential safety and security risks.
- Perform other duties as determined by operations.
