Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting
- Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked
- Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience
- Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers
- Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- An ability to undertake physical tasks safely
- Strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
