Requirements
  • Be enrolled in an accredited institution and actively working toward a Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline.
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Have a basic understanding of engineering principles.
  • Have no prior experience; relevant coursework, academic projects, or prior internships related to construction or project management are advantageous.
  • Be available to travel 10–25%.
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
  • Support the quality team in ensuring products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and company expectations.
  • Assist with reviewing work instructions, maintaining quality documentation, participating in audits, and supporting corrective action activities.
  • Help respond to customer quality inquiries, gather information for investigations, track quality metrics, and assist with documentation related to customer concerns and requests.
  • Assist with maintaining quality plans, reviewing customer specifications, supporting training activities, and helping ensure manufacturing processes follow established quality requirements.
  • Support data collection and analysis related to quality performance, assist with non-conforming material investigations, identify trends, and participate in projects focused on improving product quality and reducing defects.
