- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or nursing school.
- At least 6 months of work experience.
- Must be registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey.
- Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and weight-management needs, including medical management and patient education.
- Manage insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology.
- Work as part of a team with direct supervision by endocrinologists in New Jersey.
- Provide care through telehealth and/or in-person visits.
