Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an evolving 3-year product strategy that aligns with Trustpilot’s vision of becoming the universal currency of trust.
  • Lead the consumer product and Trust & Transparency teams to increase our value as a decision engine, facilitate engagement, and ensure our services meet consumers wherever they are.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of new features and capabilities to enhance the consumer experience on Trustpilot.
  • Implement gamification strategies and other engagement tactics to increase the volume and quality of reviews, reduce the time between reviews, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop features that support discovery, personalization, and mobile adoption.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and target high-value service verticals, driving acquisition and engagement in strategic markets, especially in the US.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Product Managers, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Utilize metrics and user feedback to guide product development decisions, measure success against strategic priorities, and continuously refine our product offerings.
  • Work closely with other department heads, including Marketing, Sales, and Content Integrity, to ensure product strategies align with company goals and market needs.
