  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of HR experience (high-tech company preferred)
  • Strong track record as a business partner

  • Experience supporting teams in performance management and compensation practices
  • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in resolving sensitive issues

  • Skilled in working with HRIS and ATS systems, experience using Workday preferred

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to assigned internal client groups and establish and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit leaders and employees
  • Deliver HR services and programs; act as advisor and coach to managers and employees
  • Ensure the timely filling of open requisitions with highly qualified employees by conducting interviews and negotiating job offers
  • Manage onboarding tasks for new hires, including delivering orientation sessions
  • Administer performance management, compensation, and benefit programs, including leave of absence requests and worker's compensation claims and manage ongoing employee benefit inquiries and coordinate employee benefit events
  • Manage employee relations matters, including coaching managers and conducting investigations
  • Gather, track, and report on HR metrics
  • Facilitate deployment of HR systems, processes, and improvements
  • Coordinate with immigration lawyers and international employees to complete work permit applications
