As a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security and identity management landscape of our organization. What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement, and manage Okta-based identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and applications.
• Lead the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new identity management technologies and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their identity and access needs, providing expert guidance and customized solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Expertise in implementing and managing SSO, MFA, and identity governance across a complex organizational structure.
• Basic understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You might also have

• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective identity management services.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of IAM tasks
