The platform is saving approximately 10 hours of provider time weekly whilst maintaining thorough clinical records. VideaHealth's AI assistant is now used by over 90,000 clinicians across more than 60 dental service organisations, analysing over 500 million X-rays annually. VideaHealth Launches AutoVerify for Dental RCM

VideaHealth launches AutoVerify for dental RCM. VideaHealth, the leading dental AI platform, today announced the launch of AutoVerify, an AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) solution designed to automate one of the most time-consuming workflows in dentistry: verifying insurance eligibility and benefits details ahead of patient appointments. AutoVerify confirms coverage before each visit, helping practices reduce denials, prevent billing surprises, and provide accurate patient out-of-pocket estimates before treatment begins. AutoVerify combines connectivity to over 350 payers and premium data with a seamless workflow that helps front desk teams verify insurance and review patient eligibility in real time. The product works with the full VideaAI platform and integrates with practice management systems (PMS). "Eligibility verification remains fragmented across dentistry, and the inconsistency creates real downstream cost," said Florian Hillen, CEO and founder of VideaHealth. "AutoVerify helps practices protect revenue at the source by catching eligibility issues before treatment, saving staff time, improving collections, and giving staff the information they need to have clearer financial conversations that build trust between providers and patients." Early Results from AutoVerify Users AutoVerify is designed to deliver immediate value by reducing manual work and helping practices eliminate patient billing surprises, preventable denials, and write-offs. This supports transparent patient conversations, protects revenue at the start of the visit, and helps practices get reimbursed faster. Early practice feedback and benchmarking show the potential for: * 95%+ accurate eligibility and benefits data with direct integrations to 350+ payers * 40 hours saved per practice, per week, by automating verification workflows * 40% faster reimbursements by catching errors up front * 50% reduction in claim denials, with fewer unexpected charges and write-offs * 30% higher case acceptance through clearer benefits explanations Practices spend hours retrieving and interpreting insurance benefits across phone calls, portals, and spreadsheets - yet still face denials and last-minute eligibility surprises. AutoVerify replaces these fragmented, manual tasks with a fast, consistent workflow that takes less than a minute and scales across locations. * Verifies patient coverage ahead of the scheduled visit * Retrieves benefits details across multiple sources, including directly from payers * Standardizes plan rules into a consistent, easy-to-read format * Delivers eligibility data directly into the PMS, with visibility for staff review and updates "Our front desk spends a lot of time managing insurance, and anything that reduces manual work and helps us walk into appointments with clearer information is a big win. I'm optimistic this will mean fewer surprises for both our team and our patients," said Trish Ghaboussi, owner of Madison Smile Solutions. For practices, the reclaimed time and clarity show up in the patient experience. "We're intentional about using technology that elevates the patient journey," said Dr. Robert Raimondi, founder of One Manhattan Dental. "AutoVerify automates eligibility verification before appointments, creating clarity behind the scenes and a smoother, more refined experience for patients." AutoVerify is part of the broader VideaAI platform, a comprehensive dental AI assistant that spans clinical diagnostic aids, workflow optimization, analytics, and revenue cycle management. With AutoVerify, VideaHealth is expanding eligibility visibility across the entire office - embedded directly into the core products at the point of care and built as another pillar of the VideaAI RCM Intelligence platform alongside Clean Claims. About VideaHealth VideaHealth is transforming dentistry with AI-powered solutions that help practices elevate care standards, improve productivity, and drive real business value. VideaAI, a comprehensive dental AI assistant, supports every aspect of dental care, from diagnostics and workflows to analytics and revenue optimization.
