Levi & Korsinsky reminds Fluence Energy, Inc. investors of the pending Class Action lawsuit with a lead plaintiff deadline of November 27, 2026 - FLNC.

Levi & Korsinsky reminds Fluence Energy, Inc. investors of the pending Class Action lawsuit with a lead plaintiff deadline of November 27, 2026 - FLNC. Oct 21, 2026, 10:13 ET Alert: Claims Focus on Alleged Misrepresentations About Contract Manufacturing Ramp-Up Delays. The action contends Fluence Energy's production sites could not support fiscal 2026 volumes, pushing $400.0 million in deliveries into fiscal 2027. NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Levi & Korsinsky, LLP reminds purchasers of Fluence Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNC) securities between November 24, 2025 and September 16, 2026 of a pending securities class action centered on alleged contract manufacturing production delays at the energy storage company. Find out if you might qualify for recovery. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500. THE CASE: Fluence cut its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook from a $3.4 billion midpoint to approximately $2.4 billion, a $1.0 billion reduction, and swung its adjusted EBITDA target from a $50.0 million midpoint to a loss of approximately $200.0 million. Approximately $400.0 million in project deliveries slid into fiscal 2027. Motions for lead plaintiff must be filed with the Court by November 27, 2026. Fluence relies on third-party contract manufacturers to build its energy storage systems, a model its annual report describes as "capital light." The action contends that fiscal 2026 guidance depended on new facilities that were not completed, not operational, or not capable of producing at the volumes assumed. How Contract Manufacturing Production Delays Allegedly Stalled Energy Storage Deliveries Three production sites sit at the center of the case. The annual report acknowledged that an Arizona contract manufacturer, which commissioned a new facility in 2025, struggled to scale output due to labor availability and long workforce training lead times. On August 5, 2026, the Company attributed the $400.0 million delivery slippage to "production issues at a new international contract manufacturing facility" and construction delays at a new U.S. site. The September 16, 2026 update cited continuing supply chain issues affecting U.S. production, including ramp-up delays at the Houston facility. Plaintiffs allege these capacity constraints, not customer demand, dictated how much backlog could ship in fiscal 2026. Alleged Production Impact by the Numbers * First quarter fiscal 2026 GAAP gross profit margin of approximately 4.9%, down 6.5 percentage points year over year on "additional estimated costs on two projects" * Third quarter revenue of approximately $649.8 million, which the Company called "weaker than expected, primarily reflecting production delays at new contract manufacturing facilities" * Third quarter adjusted gross profit margin of approximately 5.9%, versus approximately 15.4% a year earlier, which the Company primarily tied to revenue delays * $400.0 million in project deliveries shifted from fiscal 2026 into fiscal 2027 * Nine-month net loss of approximately $136.1 million through June 30, 2026, versus approximately $92.1 million a year earlier Record Backlog, Stalled Output Backlog climbed from approximately $5.3 billion to a record $6.4 billion between September 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026, even as production lagged. "The complaint raises serious questions about whether investors received accurate information about the readiness of the factories Fluence relied on. Shareholders are entitled to understand how production capacity at the Arizona, Houston, and international sites was reflected in fiscal 2026 guidance," said Joseph E. Levi, Esq., managing partner of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP. WHY LEVI & KORSINSKY - Ranked in ISS Securities Class Action Services' Top 50 Report for seven consecutive years, Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is a nationally recognized leader in shareholder rights litigation. With a team of over 70 professionals, the firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors. Investors who suffered losses have until November 27, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. Frequently Asked Questions About the FLNC Lawsuit Q: How much did FLNC stock drop? A: The complaint tracks three successive declines. First, on February 5, 2026, shares reportedly declined $10.04, or approximately 34.63%, to close at $18.95 per share. Then, on August 6, 2026, shares fell a further $1.02 per share, or about 7.17%, to close at $13.21. The stock fell a final $1.39 per share, or about 15.36%, to close at just $7.66 per share on September 17, 2026. Investors who purchased shares during the Class Period at allegedly artificially inflated prices and suffered losses may be eligible to seek compensation. Q: What specific misstatements does the FLNC lawsuit allege? A: The complaint alleges Fluence Energy made materially false or misleading statements during the Class Period regarding its ability to deliver its backlog and recognize the revenue underlying its fiscal 2026 guidance, which allegedly depended on new contract manufacturing facilities that were not completed, not operational, or not capable of producing at assumed volumes. When the Company disclosed production delays, $400.0 million in deliveries pushed into fiscal 2027, and reduced guidance, the stock price declined sharply. Q: When did Fluence Energy allegedly mislead investors? A: The Class Period runs from November 24, 2025 to September 16, 2026. The complaint alleges that corrective disclosures on February 4, 2026, August 5, 2026, and September 16, 2026 each revealed information that caused significant stock declines. Q: What do FLNC investors need to do right now? A: Investors may gather brokerage records showing purchase dates, share quantities, and prices paid. Submit your information for a no-cost, no-obligation evaluation of your potential recovery. No immediate action is required to remain eligible as an absent class member. Q: What happens after I contact Levi & Korsinsky? A: An attorney will review your trading history at no cost and provide an initial assessment of your potential eligibility. Q: What if I already sold my FLNC shares - can I still recover losses? A: Yes. Eligibility is based on when you purchased, not whether you still hold the shares. Investors who bought during the Class Period and sold at a loss may still be eligible to participate. Q: Do I need to go to court or give testimony? A: No. The overwhelming majority of class members never appear in court or give depositions. If there is a settlement or recovery, eligible class members generally submit a claim form to seek their portion. Q: What if I live outside the United States? A: U.S. securities class actions generally cover purchases on U.S. exchanges regardless of the investor's country of residence. Levi & Korsinsky, LLP Joseph E. Levi, Esq. Vattenfall awards 1 GWh Brunsbüttel battery storage project to Fluence.

Vattenfall awards 1 GWh Brunsbüttel battery storage project to Fluence. October 14, 2026 at 03:00 AM EDT i This article is third-party content and does not represent the views of this site. Tamar Securities, LLC make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or completeness. BERLIN, Oct. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Vattenfall and Fluence Energy, Inc. ("Fluence") (NASDAQ: FLNC), a global market leader delivering intelligent energy storage systems, services, and asset optimization software, have signed an agreement for the delivery of the planned battery storage facility in Brunsbüttel, as well as long-term service support. With an output of 254 MW and a storage capacity of over 1,000 MWh, the Brunsbüttel project, which is planned to be built at the site of the nuclear power plant that is currently being decommissioned, is expected to be among the largest battery energy storage projects in Germany and represents Vattenfall's largest battery project to date. The project is scheduled to become operational by the end of 2028. The 4-hour storage facility will utilize Fluence's Gridstack(TM) Pro 5000 platform, a large-scale battery storage solution including battery systems, power conversion equipment, and an energy management system designed to support grid resilience, renewable energy integration, and reliable system performance. Fluence will deliver the project on a turnkey basis, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term service support, helping ensure the facility operates at high performance throughout its entire lifetime. Germany is currently the leading battery energy storage market in Europe, adding 6.6 GWh in 2025, according to SolarPower Europe. Growth in Germany's battery storage market is being driven by the rapid expansion of wind and solar power, increasing electricity-price volatility, declining technology costs, and the ability of storage assets to combine revenues from energy trading and grid services. "Projects like this battery storage facility play an important role in strengthening the resilience of the energy system and enabling the continued integration of renewable power generation. Together with Fluence as our long-term partner, we are creating a flexible asset that can respond to changing electricity market needs for many years to come. The project will further strengthen our portfolio of flexibility solutions and support the transition away from fossil fuels," said Claus Wattendrup, Head of Solar & Batteries, Vattenfall. "Our long-standing relationship with Vattenfall now spans eight projects across three European countries, reflecting our shared vision for a more flexible energy system. Having delivered more than 20 battery energy storage projects in Germany, Fluence is proud to be a leader in scaling battery storage as critical energy infrastructure in the country," said Julian Jansen, VP & Managing Director, Fluence Germany. Demand for utility-scale battery storage continues to grow across Germany and Europe. As wind and solar capacity expands, the need for flexible technologies capable of balancing supply and demand in real time is increasing. The Brunsbüttel battery project is a key component of Vattenfall's flexibility strategy and will nearly double the company's existing battery storage capacity. Construction of the project is expected to begin in 2027. Commissioning of the battery storage facility and its grid connection to the 50Hertz 380 kV transmission network is planned for the end of 2028. Fluence Energy (NASDAQ: FLNC) faces Securities Class Action amid inability to ramp Houston facility - HBSS. Oct 12, 2026, 12:00 ET SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Fluence Energy (NASDAQ: FLNC) faces a securities class action, which seeks to represent investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Fluence securities between November 24, 2025 and September 16, 2026. The suit follows a stream of unexpected earnings announcements that were apparently at odds with Fluence's assurances that it was positioned to capitalize on surging demand for data centers, and which collectively wiped out roughly $3 billion of the company's market capitalization. National shareholders rights firm Hagens Berman continues its investigation into claims that Fluence violated the federal securities laws. The firm urges Fluence investors who suffered substantial losses to submit your losses now. In addition, persons with knowledge who may be able to assist the investigation are invited to contact the firm's attorneys. Class Period: Nov. 24, 2025 - Sept. 16, 2026 Lead Plaintiff Deadline: Nov. 27, 2026 Visit: www.hbsslaw.com/FLNC Direct Contact Email: [email protected] Firm Telephone: 844-916-0895 Fluence Energy, Inc. (FLNC) Securities Class Action: The litigation's focus is on the propriety of Fluence's assurances that it was "well positioned to capitalize on the accelerating demand for energy storage[,]" and its backlog sufficiently covered revenue expectations. The company's plan depended on successfully ramping its "fully automated" Houston manufacturing facility's production of thermal management systems for its Gridstack ProTM battery energy storage solutions. The complaint alleges that Fluence did not disclose important information to investors - its ability to deliver on its backlog and recognize revenue depended on new contract facilities that included incomplete and non-operational facilities. The complaint also alleges the company did not disclose that facility remediation efforts were unsuccessful. Investors began to learn the truth through a series of partial disclosures beginning on February 4, 2026. That day, Fluence reported its Q1 2026 results included a significant year-over-year margin compression due to "additional estimated costs on two projects" and a significant year-over-year increase in net losses. Then, on August 5, 2026 Fluence announced its Q3 2026 results included weaker than expected revenues, a massive year-over-year margin compression, and a net loss of $44.3 million compared to net income of $6.2 million in the same quarter last year. The company said it "now expects that $400 million in project deliveries will be delayed into fiscal 2027 due to production issues at a new international contract facility" and also blamed "construction related delays that affected the completion and start-up of a new U.S. contract manufacturing facility." Finally, on September 16, 2026 Fluence slashed its 2026 revenue guidance again (by 20%). CEO Julian Nebreda Marquez blamed the continuing "delays in the ramp up of our contract manufacturing facility in Houston." He also revealed the ramp delay was caused by having to manually weld rather than employing the automated welding process. Each of these revelations triggered sharp declines in the price of Fluence shares. Between the first partial disclosure on February 4 and September 17, 2026 shares have fallen $21.33 (-73%). "We're focused on when the Houston welding issue was first known to Fluence management given the facility's crucial role in onshoring," said Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation. If you invested in Fluence and have substantial losses, or have knowledge that will assist the firm's investigation, submit your losses now" Whistleblowers: Persons with non-public information regarding Fluence should consider their options to help in the investigation or take advantage of the SEC Whistleblower program. Under the new program, whistleblowers who provide original information may receive rewards totaling up to 30 percent of any successful recovery made by the SEC.
