About the job
- Approximately 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong Product Owner dimension in banking or finance.
- A strong technical background to communicate with architecture and development teams, including understanding synchronous and asynchronous flows, REST APIs, Java, Angular, and Oracle.
- Proficiency with software industrialization tools Jenkins and Bitbucket, and strong interest in integrating applied AI and virtual assistants.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve them, with a consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently own complex topics and manage risks.
- Gather and scope business-user needs from the outset across the credit application chain, including renewal, simulation and profitability stages, and system entry.
- Translate complex functional requirements into detailed specifications and a clear backlog for Feature Teams.
- Participate in solution-design work to address complex functional and application issues across 20 to 30 modules.
- Track data throughout its lifecycle within the application.
- Act as the technical liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, using knowledge of architecture concepts, synchronous and asynchronous connections, endpoints and APIs, Java and Angular platforms, and Oracle databases.
- Support adoption of AI tools and assistants such as Qwen and Claude in daily practices and business processes.
- Own project-risk management and independently drive topics by identifying and proposing suitable solutions.
- Integrate with the software industrialization DevOps chain using Jenkins and Bitbucket to support smooth and secure deliveries.
- Interest in integrating applied AI and virtual assistants.
