Rubix Data Centers develops and operates data center campuses focused on AI and hyperscale cloud deployments. It uses a develop-and-operate model, building facilities and managing them for long-term tenants, enabling rapid scaling of AI and GPU-heavy workloads. Its products are energy-efficient data centers with high-density computing, featuring liquid cooling technology inherited from its Submer Group parent, which provides early insights into AI hardware needs and helps design power- and water-efficient facilities. Rubix differentiates itself through integration with Submer Group's sustainable cooling tech and a global powered land portfolio exceeding 8 GW across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, allowing fast delivery timelines and customized, scalable infrastructure for hyperscale users. The company aims to provide scalable, efficient digital infrastructure to support large-scale AI and cloud deployments, reducing land, power, and timing constraints for customers.
