JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Program Manager [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

E-learning Integration: Develop and integrate services and systems (i.e., active directory, data warehouse, and LinkedIn Learning) to agency enterprise applications. Services include finalizing requirements, developing design documentation, testing, implementation, and operations of technical services to support the NSF mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - E-learning Integration [NSF0024024]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

E-learning Integration: Develop and integrate services and systems (i.e., active directory, data warehouse, and LinkedIn Learning) to agency enterprise applications. Services include finalizing requirements, developing design documentation, testing, implementation, and operations of technical services to support the NSF mission.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate E-learning Integration delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - E-learning Integration through Lead integration | manage delivery | ensure performance.  Further, they Oversee system integration efforts, manage stakeholders, ensure SLA/KPI delivery, and coordinate enterprise integrations.

Program Manager Professionals typically cover E-learning Integration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior lead/architect/manager scope with enterprise influence, independent judgment, and responsibility for cross-functional delivery or strategy..  They Lead delivery for the E-learning Integration workstream; manage schedule, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, and performance against SLAs/KPIs; ensure technical, functional, and compliance deliverables are integrated and ready for NSF OCHCO/OCIO use.

Qualifications
