Responsibilities
Help maintain and rotate showroom displays, including hanging rugs, displaying sample blankets, and rotating products every two weeks to showcase new arrivals.
Assist Account Managers by flipping rugs in piles and presenting full-size rugs and samples to clients.
Perform daily showroom upkeep, including vacuuming, cleaning floors, displays, and windows, and regularly emptying trash.
Receive, identify, and tag incoming rug and sample shipments from vendors.
Assist in inspecting, photographing, and processing new inventory, and communicate any damage or soiling.
Assist the Inventory Manager by learning and using the AS 4000 system to update inventory, troubleshoot rug histories and locations, and scan outgoing samples.
Organize, replenish, and distribute sample returns to the appropriate room; order cuttings and assist with filling incoming sample requests.
Assist the Inventory Manager with physical rug and sample inventories as needed.
Pull, prepare, and ship rugs and samples via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Common Carrier for domestic and international destinations.
Memo rugs to clients and arrange transfers to other showrooms.
Deliver rugs and carpets to client homes or businesses professionally and courteously.
Carefully move furniture to facilitate installations and take precautions to prevent property damage.
Distribute incoming daily packages to employees.

Job Responsibilities
