Responsibilities
  • Produce finished plastic lumber, parts, and assemblies from raw and recycled materials.
  • Perform fast, efficient setups.
  • Operate molded lumber lines and computer numerical control equipment.
  • Handle molds, including filling and emptying them.
  • Handle and make plastic lumber assemblies.
  • Monitor the machine continuously to assure production of quality products.
  • Accurately measure, document, and chart line activity.
  • Read and follow drawings and production orders.
  • Use power tools and woodworking tools to make and finish parts and assemblies.
  • Operate the production line safely.
  • Assist with machine maintenance and repair.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness to meet the Food Safety Policy.
  • Assist with research and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
