About the job
- A BAC+2 qualification or equivalent in commercial assistance.
- A first successful experience in a similar position.
- The ability to organize, structure, work methodically, operate autonomously, and demonstrate initiative.
- Proficiency in telephone prospecting and appointment-setting techniques.
- Proficiency in welcoming customers face-to-face and by telephone.
- The ability to organize, plan, and monitor the adviser's agenda; prepare customer files; and collect and update customer knowledge.
- Agility, responsiveness, rigor, and interpersonal ease.
- An interest in office and commercial-management tools.
- Assist an insurance adviser in carrying out commercial activities.
- Support policyholders and prospects.
- Conduct telephone prospecting and organize appointments while optimizing the adviser's agenda.
- Research and transmit the information needed for the adviser's visits and provide administrative follow-up.
- Occasionally conduct commercial information activities and transmit information for new insurance contracts.
- Sell additional contracts when required and actively participate in commercial challenges.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.
- Knowledge of office software, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
